Responses required - Term 1 reports and medical issues

Dear Parents

Thank you to those of you who have returned the report evaluation sheets and medical information forms sent home on Friday 12th October 2012. If you have not done so already, could you please send these in with your child.

The medical form is important so that we are aware of all latest medical issues. Also whether you consent to your child being given paracetamol should they feel ill.
